The Dimplex Revillusion 24-Inch Built-In Electric Firebox in Weathered Gray truly captures the charm of a wood-burning fireplace with a clear view through the stunning lifelike flames, all the way back to the weathered concrete interior. The Revillusion Series is changing the standard by creating a completely new way of looking at electric fireplaces. Revillusion Flame Technology creates larger, brighter, and more random flames that appear from within the logs. Partially frosted acrylic Mirage Flame Panel shows only dazzling flames and no reflections, unlike other electric fireboxes that use a mirror panel. A full bundle of hardwood cast, life-sized logs sit on top of a grate and have been tiered for even greater depth. Adjust the look of your firebox with the choice of a red or blue flame base color and the option of warm hue mood lighting, with an included midnight mode. The full brick surround firebox uses weathered gray concrete with natural soot markings, leading to a more authentic look day or night. Brightness and Flicker adjustment allows you to set the light level to suit the mood and turn on the flicker effect for enhanced firelight. | Very nice!This unit gives off a lot of heat! If you are looking for a nice looking, electric fireplace, I would recommend this one. It is a lot of looks and heat in a small package. | Realistic compact fireplaceMy normal company that does my fire place installs was so backed up that it was going to hold up my entire project, so we decided to use this fireplace as an alternative and so far it hasn't disappointed. This fireplace was easy to install, my handymen were able to put it in with out any problem, so if you're a DIYer then don't be intimidated by this set up. Looks great and doesn't need as much depth as the traditional fireplaces that we put in. | Absolutely BeautifulWhen it comes to the Revillusion 24" Portrait Built-in Firebox with Weathered Concrete Backer I find it difficult to find the words to express how much I love this fireplace! Just to name a few I will go with beautiful, amazing, realistic flame effects, easy install, and awesome heat! Now that winter is slowly creeping in it's hard to tearing myself away from it. | Awesome firebox!got this to go into a old unused fireplace because the flu was in to bad of shape to burn in it, so picked this up and have been very happy with it, was super easy to install, looks amazing, puts off a great amount of heat, seems it does much better wired into 220 instead of the 110 but that is explained how to rewire it in the manual, very real looking fire and the leds make it that much better to make it look even better cause you can change the colors to your liking, i would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick drop in electric firebox, also for the first week i had it we used it as a stand alone heater just plugged into the wall not in the fireplace, and it worked very very well for that also. | Was This Helpful? |
| Great Ideas with my FireplaceAt first when I received my fireplace I knew exactly where I was going to put it. I thought it would replace my current fireplace but to my suprise I found out it was a gas fireplace and the one I received is electric. So I had to come up with an idea how im going to utilize it. I was thinking about placing it in my bedroom which mean a little renovation which I slowly realized its going to cost alot building it into my wall. And then I thought of a little Dyi project where I can do myself which its gonna cost me a few buck. I'm currently looking for a fireplace stand and really excited about decorating it with my decor.
