Introducing the newly designed Weber GENESIS S-315 Natural Gas Grill in Stainless Steel that delivers legendary Weber quality, performance, and durability. The Weber Crafted porcelain enameled cooking grates provide 513 square inches of cooking area, and the warming rack gives you an additional 274 square inches for a total grilling area of 787 square inches. The removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for a seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure. The PureBlu burner system sets this grill apart from the pack - featuring unique, tapered burner tubes that generate consistent pressure and deliver even heat across the grilling surface. Flames are directed above the raised gas ports, while food debris falls below minimizing clodding and ensuring the grill lights every time. Compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! | Versatile Cooking CenterI've been using my new EPX-335 for a few weeks and love it. Replaced my old Genesis grill which was still doing great but I wanted to switch from propane to NG since I had a hookup nearby and now don't have to switch out tanks anymore. The Crafted Grill System provides so many options for cooking outside. I've used the rotisserie, crafted wok, veggie pan, griddle, sear grate, smoker box, and use my grill 4-5 days/week. My wife loves it since we do everything on the grill and the kitchen inside doesn't get messy! Easy clean up after and the Weber Connect app works great. | Gets as HOT as advertised!First Weber grill. It does heat to over 650° but takes a while. Insulated box makes a difference with less btus than you'd think. Have cooked amazing food with beef, chicken, veggies, pork and more. Family has loved the meals! Cooking time is FAST so watch internal temp on high heat cooks or you'll overcook. Very happy with the investment as our last SS Jen Air lasted 13 years and still going (but only gets to 500° now). I hope this Weber will do the same and expect it to last. | GENESIS S-325s Gas Grill (Natural Gas)Best grill I have ever owned. Pricey but very well constructed with quality materials throughout. Cooks very well with even heat across the grate. Sear Zone works well. Left door was warped when we assembled it but Weber sent out a new one with in a week. Very easy to keep clean unlike other BBQs we have owned.
